National Prayer Rally Video

Be inspired and watch the National Prayer Rally 1994. WHY connected the country by satellite. The interactive program came from Vancouver, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto and Parliament Hill (Ottawa). There were many cities who watched via a downlink. Each person who attended (interactive & down links) received a telephone column for city they were in. About five million families by name were prayed for in one day.

Robert Buckingham was about to commit suicide by drowning in Lake Ontario. He said: “Voices told me not to do it.” Later, while reading the WHY book, he discovered the story about the SkyDome Prayer Rally. He realized that some 28,000 people had been praying a short distance from where he was going to end his life. God had mercy on him. He became a Christ follower. (Rally, 1992)
